Frequently Asked QuestionsSee answers
How long does the course take?
Each step takes about 5 to 15 minutes. The course is intentionally focused: it brings together the guidance I share most often in appointments, so you spend your time on what matters most. Go at your own pace.
Do I need to be in fertility treatment?
No. Whether you're planning ahead, trying to conceive, or going through treatment, this course is for you. Nutrition supports egg health on its own and alongside fertility treatment.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. The course works alongside your medical care, helping you make informed nutrition choices and know what to ask your healthcare provider.
Can nutrition guarantee pregnancy?
No. Nutrition supports your reproductive and overall health, but it can't fix structural, age-related, or medical causes of infertility. It's one important part of your fertility care.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes! Learn on your phone, tablet, or computer, wherever works for you.
How long do I have access?
You'll have 12 months from enrollment to work through the course and revisit lessons whenever you need a refresher.
Is there a course for my partner?
A Sperm Health Course is coming soon. Stay tuned!
What's your refund policy?
I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If the course isn't right for you, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you've completed less than 25% of the course.
