Hi, I'm Lorena. I'm a Registered Dietitian with more than 15 years of experience. My focus on fertility nutrition grew from my own longing to become a mother, and it's a privilege to support others as they grow their families.

I've spent my career turning complex science into clear, practical steps, teaching clients as well as the doctors, nurses, and dietitians who care for them. Today, I focus on fertility nutrition, PCOS, and metabolic health.

Nutrition is one important part of fertility care. It supports hormones, ovulation, and egg and sperm health. Whether you're trying with or without fertility treatment like IUI or IVF, I'll help you support your fertility with nutrition.

Based in Davis, California, I see clients virtually in California and New York.
